Integrations that add value.

Multilingual websites thanks to smart integration

Today, multilingualism no longer has to be a Herculean task.

In Switzerland in particular – with its four national languages and large expat community – language plays a crucial role in a company’s digital presence.
Yet many companies shy away from the effort involved: entering texts multiple times, coordinating translations, updating every change across several languages – that sounds like a lot of work, but it doesn’t have to be.

For our client Drahtex AG, we have created a website that, thanks to DeepL integration, is automatically translated into English and French – directly within the CMS, without a single click.

The principle:

  • The client maintains their content in German only
  • Newly created or amended content is automatically transferred to the other languages and translated there via the DeepL API
  • The translations can be adapted if necessary – but do not have to be

The result:

  • Three languages – a single maintenance effort
  • Always up-to-date content – without manual duplication
  • Significantly better accessibility – even for international target groups

Whether for companies in bilingual regions such as the cantons of Bern, Fribourg, Valais and Graubünden, or businesses with a high proportion of expats – a multilingual website can be a clear competitive advantage over rivals today.

What does it take?

Not necessarily a huge budget. Rather, a system that meets your requirements – and integrations that create added value.

This project demonstrates once again: Media Concept can do more than just print.
We design and develop digital solutions that work – and inspire.
